The more one studies the "Radiation Transmitted by the Atmosphere" graph, the more amusing it gets. In accordance with the U.N. IPCC's Big Lie that all infrared radiation has equal heating power, it fails to label the abscissa in Planck radiation temperatures, only wavelengths, disguising the fact that CO2's 15 micron radiation's temperature is only -80C, far below any Earth surface temperatures, and hence no part of weather or climate, but rather, useless microwave energy that gets harmlessly dispersed by entropy after heating nothing. Talk about funny. The IPCC's entire trillion-dollar power and money grab is based on trying to cover up the 15 micron problem while instilling fear about mere temporary local weather events to make people bow and sacrifice. Even though it's mere weather, it's accompanied by the big lie that it's the "hottest ever", as if it caps decades of some trend, as long as the real trends are cancelled. The article discussed by Heller was given great gobs of publicity backed by mucho dinero, while his truth-telling video was so shadow-banned that it was like some lapdogs barking at a caravan.
As to water vapor, it absorbs infrared in the shorter wavelengths below 10 microns, but that doesn't mean it can reheat the Earth's surface with it. Gases can't emit Planck radiation, only solids and liquids, so water vapor's liquid portion alone can emit radiation, but since most of the vapor floats in a frigid part of the atmosphere, that radiation is at a Planck temperature set by the surrounding atmosphere, not the absorbed radiation, and that again is too cold to raise Earth surface temperatures even above freezing. Maybe ground fog can slow nighttime cooling, but that's weather not climate. When it comes to climate, water vapor is a pure coolant, and only the IPCC has been attempting to twist the massive cooling processes of the atmosphere into warming processes for political gain. Study physics with me and get your mind straightened out to see through IPCC lies and don't let them make you afraid to be curious.
