 Zonk! This video is peddling fake physics. First, atmospheric CO2 can only absorb and emit radiation because it's a polar molecule, and only at the wavelength of 15 microns, whose photons are too weak to melt and ice cube, and are indeed identical to those emitted by dry ice (-80C). Second, air conditioners turn electrical energy into both heat and work to pump heat out of buildings into the atmosphere, which can't cause global warming because heated air is more buoyant and immediately rises toward space, dissipating the heat as it goes, no different than the heat and smoke from a campfire or the mushroom cloud from an atomic bomb. None of that heat has any way of returning to the surface from when it originated, so actually it's the atmosphere that's Earth's giant air conditioner, or actually gigantic chimney that takes the Sun's daily heat harmlessly to space, and CO2 can't even interfere with this process because the surface temperature range of -50C to +50C is way outside CO2's 15 micron radiation absorption/emission wavelength. The problem is massive ignorance of radiative physics based on Nature's ironclad Planck Radiation Law that covers all cases.
