If this line were plotted with a vertical scale that went from 0 to 14, the line would be indistinguishable from a horizontal one.

Meteorologist Chris Martz used the North American Drought Atlas (built from tree-ring data) to track Great Plains drought across the past 1,500 years. It shows severe drought regularly hit the plains long before industrial CO2. The 1818 to 1825 drought stands out. So too does the 1855 to 1865 Civil War drought. The little mentioned 1950s drought is also clear, which followed the devastating Dust Bowl. Further back, the worst known plains drought came during the Medieval Warm Period. Dr Hugh Hunt, deputy director of the Centre for Climate Repair at Cambridge University, who has been studying this for the best part of three decades.
Once again the elephant in the room is ignored, namely, GLOBAL MARXISM.
So-called climate scientists are really just leftist environmentalists posing as scientists. In reality their Communist puppet masters tell them what to think and what conclusions to reach, namely, that Big Oil is bad for its harmless CO2 emissions, and the West must rush to dismantle it to save the climate, when all they really want is to shut down capitalism and foist global Marxism, for which goal they'll push any hoax that works.
If you don't 'get' the hardcore Marxists behind the manmade global warming hoax, then you're out of your league and doomed to lose the big game and see your children doomed to horrible slavery.
Luckily they still can't completely control the Internet, and I studied the history and have published free timeline documentaries showing the evolution of the Big Lie, piling one hoax on top of another while using the standard Marxist playbook of doing everything they can to stifle criticism. And what's really sad is that so few seem to care, as I found out when my popular account on Quora with thousands of articles and millions of views was summarily scrubbed from the Internet on the orders of some global Marxist puppet masters and nobody but me uttered a peep of protest.
If there were any real independent scientists left in academia, they'd love my work conclusively disproving every aspect of the global Marxist global warming hoax that could shut down the Big Steal, but even the so-called climate denier community seems uninterested, else they'd feature it on all their sites and help teach the world how easy it is to disprove their entire house of cards, starting with the greenhouse effect, which can't exist because the atmosphere isn't a black body, and gases can't be warmed by pure radiation.
Instead, even the author of this article seems to buy the hoax that there is any global warming in the first place, based on announcements of global avg. surface temperature (GAT), when common sense shows that there can't be any such thing as a global temperature that can be measured and officially announced, which is just what the U.N. IPCC global Marxist politician-run octopus does every day to steal trillions to waste on boondoggles.
One doesn't need a measure of global temperature to know that the Earth is heating up, just a list of the maximum recorded surface temperature anywhere on the surface each year, which would have to be systematically rising. Instead, the last time it rose was way back in 1913, before there was a Big Oil to steal blind. That's why they use fake statistics that they can control to make it seem like doomsday is approaching, and it's too bad that so many rich and powerful people buy it without question.
I published the killer bullets that shoot down the global Marxists forever, and give them away for free, and I don't know whether to laugh or cry when I see them marginalized in the stampede for the trillions.
No offense intended, but I've read everything on the subject, and know that if you're at all interested in the science of Earth climate you're wasting your time studying anybody else's works. That's the bottom line. If your readers don't hunker down and study, then start spreading the knowledge that make the masses of sheeple start thinking for themselves, the world is headed for a new Dark Ages without any dimming of the Sun needed.

Climate science has long been hijacked by global Marxists to weaponize it to scam trillions from people afraid of an invisible dragon in the sky. They have seized control of the PC press and Internet to marginalize free discussion and criticism, allowing them orchestrate a day-by-day Big Lie program of lying agitprop that amounts to little more than climate porn to keep the steal going.
When it comes to record temperatures, the big giveaway is not record monthly or yearly temp in some limited region, but the yearly high temp globally, which if there were real global warming would surely rise steadily. Too bad, it hasn't risen since 1913, way back before the rise of Big Oil.

Let's say that the northern half of the Earth has a GAT of +20C, and the southern half has a GAT of +30C. What's the combined GAT?

Isolated thermal regions have different temperatures, period, and any attempt to average them is pure mental masturbation, not physics, which only predicts that if they aren't thermally isolated they will attempt to equalize. Think of two beakers of water on a lab bench that are thermally insulated from each other. There's temperature 1 and temperature 2, and physical no avg. temperature (t1 + t2)/2 anywhere.

No surprise that the underlying greenhouse effect is a hoax, no more physical than the Boogie Man or Easter Bunny. It can't exist unless the atmosphere is a black body radiator like the surfaces of the Earth and Sun, that can be heated by pure radiation. It can't, and the rest is Marxist propaganda.
After many attempts at justifying it that got shot down, they now claim that atmospheric CO2 molecules block energy flow to space, causing GAT to rise by pure magic, as if solar radiation alone doesn't heat the Earth's surface, and the rest are various cooling processes. Energy per se isn't heat, which only exists in molecules, and radiation energy can only heat the molecules in black bodies, so an unmeasurable top of atmosphere energy balance is irrelevant.

DER SPIEGEL and many other media outlets report that the Earth is rotating more slowly due to climate change. The cause is said to be that glaciers are melting and the water is flowing downward. The explanation is (once again) NONSENSE. When mass is moved from the outside or from above toward the center of the rotating object, the rotational speed INCREASES. This is like a figure skater who, during her pirouette, pulls her arms to her body and thereby spins faster. The moon has been responsible for the Earth's slowed rotation for millions of years, as it generates tides and thereby brakes the rotation.

Post New research claims human emissions are not driving atmospheric CO2. A paper by Dai Ato ran multiple linear regressions for 1959 to 2022, testing two predictors of the annual CO2 increase: sea surface temperature and human emissions. The result was clear, when the oceans warmed, CO2 levels rose almost exactly in step: about two to three ppm for every 1C of warming. Adding human emissions to the model didn't change the outcome.

Not only the 1.5C and 2.0C numbers but the concept of global avg. surface temperature (GAT) are fictions created for the purpose of pushing degrowth depop. policies to undermine Big Oil, pillar of capitalism with the hope of foisting global Marxism in the chaos. It's pure propaganda, not science. The GAT values are collected, computed, and announced by a global Marxist central committee for purely political reasons, and have no relation to reality, only ammo for their political extortion program. If there were no global Marxism nobody would notice any global climate change or worry about Big Oil being an existential threat. Rather, it's global Marxism that's the existential threat, so quit playing along with them and fight them.
If the northern half of the globe had a surface temperature of +15C and the southern half had a surface temperature of -15C, what is the global avg. surface temperature GAT? Answer: NONE. GAT doesn't exist. There would just be two regions of the globe with different temperatures. Ditto if you divide the globe into a million pieces. Averages of averages yield mathematical garbage unless strict rules are observed, which the IPCC never does.
